Christian Kärgel was admitted to the bar in 2000 and first practised at a inter-regional law firm. He qualified as a certified specialist lawyer in labour law in 2005. The main focus of the work of Christian Kärgel consists of providing SMEs and non-profit organisations with legal advice on matters in the fields of collective and individual labour law as well as managers and boards of directors with advice on the law of contracts for services. He has been a lecturer in these fields at further training courses and events for many years. Christian Kärgel also works in the fields of corporate & partnership law, commercial law and in the law of new media.

Christian Kärgel is a member of the Berlin Bar Association and the Labour Law Working Committee of the German Bar Association.
