Dr. Christian Luckey was admitted to the bar at the beginning of 1994. After working as lawyer in Hamburg for two years at a medium-sized law firm focussing on trade, insurance and transport law, he moved to Berlin and joined a larger inter-regional law firm. The focus of the work of Dr. Christian Luckey lies on real estate law in all its aspects and in particular commercial landlord and tenant law, providing legal advice for real estate investment trusts and investment companies. His special interests lie in the protection of industrial rights and private insurance law.

Dr. Christian Luckey is a member of the Berlin Bar Association and the Landlord and Tenant Law and Real Estate Working Committee of the German Bar Association.
